Jason Adelman was born and raised in Southern California. He currently resides in Santa Monica, California. After attending California State University of Northridge, Mr. Adelman began his career by providing risk management, financial analysis, and insurance services through two independent insurance brokerage firms which he still owns and operates, HCF Insurance and Affinity Global Insurance. In 2008, Mr. Adelman acquired a 165-bed skilled nursing facility and sub-acute hospital located in San Jose, California. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Adelman(through his wholly-owned companies) acquired Avant-garde Senior living, a 138-bed, state-of-the-art residential care facility for the elderly located in Tarzana, California. In addition, Mr. Adelman has been expanding his portfolio by venturing into real estate and owns over 100,000 square feet of properties. Mr. Adelman has been able to utilize his extensive experience in finance and business to amass an impressive business and other holdings valued in excess of one hundred million dollars while continuing to capitalize on new opportunities. His aptitude for locating and closing business opportunities have ultimately transformed his businesses into a significant enterprise.
